MINDFUL PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS
VISUAL WALKS
Pauses of presence within the daily flow. Single, independent, and ever-changing walks designed to disarm daily frenzy and re-educate the gaze to marvel at the ordinary.
An open invitation to anyone wishing to slow down and shift their pace. Open to any type of camera, including smartphones.

Each walk is a unique experience, designed to unplug from background noise and clear the mind from digital overload. These are not technical lessons and require no prior skills: they are active meditation sessions in motion.
Guided by the international framework of the Look Again method, we use the act of photography as a sensory anchor. The structure changes with every gathering, moving between urban landscapes and natural settings, yet holding the same beating heart: alternating silent walking with focused visual awareness exercises to truly see what we usually ignore.
What we explore session by session:
Circle Inquiry: Every walk concludes sitting in a circle to offer the group a single gathered fragment. A process of pure sharing that excludes all technical or aesthetic critique, welcoming the image as an inner mirror.
Urban Geometries: Sessions dedicated to deconstructing city spaces, tuning into the rhythms of light, shadow, and contrast.
Natural Textures: Walks focused on the organic microcosm, closing the psychological distance from things through active sensory listening.

Visual Walks are offered cyclically throughout the year, guided by the seasons and ever-shifting geographies. They can be experienced as individual group gatherings or arranged privately and exclusively for individuals, collectives, or corporate teams.
